Crunk

Crunk is a high-energy hip-hop subgenre that originated in the southern United States in the late 1990s. It is characterized by its heavy use of synthesizers, drum machines, and other electronic instruments, as well as its aggressive, shouted vocals and party-focused lyrics. Crunk is often associated with dance clubs and parties, and has been popularized by artists such as Lil Jon and the Ying Yang Twins.
