Acid Idm

A fusion of acid house and intelligent dance music (IDM), characterized by its use of the Roland TB-303 bass synthesizer and complex, intricate rhythms. Acid IDM combines the hypnotic, repetitive patterns of acid house with the experimental, glitchy soundscapes of IDM, resulting in a unique and often challenging listening experience. It is often associated with artists such as Aphex Twin, Autechre, and Squarepusher.
