Rock Sergipano

Rock Sergipano is a subgenre of rock music that originated in the northeastern state of Sergipe, Brazil. It is characterized by its heavy use of electric guitars and percussion instruments, as well as its incorporation of regional musical styles such as forro and brega. Bands such as Calcinha Preta and The Baggios have helped to popularize this genre.
