Italian Modern Prog

Italian modern prog is a subgenre of progressive rock that emerged in the 1990s and 2000s. It combines the complex, experimental sound of classic prog with modern elements like electronic music and alternative rock. Bands like Goblin and Le Orme were pioneers of this style, which has since been embraced by a new generation of Italian prog artists like La Maschera di Cera and Il Tempio delle Clessidre.
