Emoplugg

Emoplugg is a newer subgenre of emo that emerged in the early 2010s. It combines the emotional lyrics and melodic sound of emo with the heavy, distorted guitars and electronic beats of dubstep and EDM. The result is a high-energy, danceable style of emo that appeals to fans of both emo and electronic music.
